Philadelphia, PA - The Iona College women's volleyball team lost its opening match of the 2006 season, falling 30-16, 30-17, and 30-9 to Cleveland State at the Temple University Tournament.

Megan Dailey recorded a team-high 10 kills for Iona, followed by six from Morgan Young. Beth Holly paced the Gaels with eight assists, while Shelby Erb had 10 digs.

Iona takes on Temple and Lehigh on Saturday.
