Iona University is committed to providing a safe community, free from all forms of sex discrimination, including sexual misconduct. Sexual misconduct is a broad term that encompasses a wide range of prohibited behaviors of a sexual nature that is committed without consent or by intimidation, coercion, threat, or force.Â
The Title IX team serves in a neutral role supporting all members of the Iona community in incidents of sexual misconduct. We are aware your concerns may be of a sensitive nature and can offer support and resources in response to any incident of sexual misconduct. Contacting your Title IX Coordinator is not the same as filing a formal complaint; the Title IX Coordinator is a resource to help you make an informed decision about which pathways are right for you.
Review the Iona University Sexual Misconduct policy and learn about your rights, options and resources available.
For questions about the policy or to discuss an incident of sexual misconduct, contact:Â
Jennifer Lykins, Title IX Coordinator at (914) 633-2455,Â
