The Iona College volleyball team dropped a road Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference matchup with Siena Saturday afternoon. The Saints won the match with set scores 28-26, 25-22 and 25-20. The loss moves the Gaels' record to 17-10, 11-6 in the MAAC.

Sophomore OH Theresa Harvey had nine kills for the Gaels while senior MB Colleen Genett had eight kills and hit .316 in 19 attempts. Senior MB had six kills while freshman OH Alicja Pawelec and freshman OH Kelsey Hess each had five kills in the contest.

Senior S Alyssa Erickson had 22 assists in the contest while senior libero Allison Nieters had 16 digs in the contest for the Gaels while Harvey added six.

The Gaels conclude their regular season slate Sunday on the road against Rider. Start time is scheduled for 12:00 pm.
