NEW ROCHELLE, NY - The Iona College volleyball team suffered a three-set defeat at the hands of Marist in Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference play at the Hynes Center. The Red Foxes took the match 25-15, 25-21, 25-23.

Madisyn Spence, chipped in seven kills while rookie MH
Catrina Warren was held to just six kills in the defeat. The total snapped a season-long five match stretch with 10 or more kills for the rookie middle.
Defensively, Spence led the way with a career-best 13 digs while junior libero
Theresa Harvey had 11 digs and Warren posted four blocks.
Marist was led by senior Joanna Foss' 15 kills and 10 digs. Sophomore Grace Hill also had a double-double with 13 kills and 12 digs.
The Gaels head to Western New York to take on Niagara and Canisius this weekend.
