ANNAPOLIS, MD - The Iona College men's water polo wrapped up play at the Navy Labor Day Open Sunday with a pair of setbacks. In their opening contest of the day, the Gaels were outscored 4-1 in the fourth quarter and fell to Diablo Valley College 10-8. In the final contest of the weekend, the Gaels were outscored by Johns Hopkins 15-8.
In game two, the Gaels were unable to stop the transition offense of the Blue Jays to fall by the seven goal margin. Eight different Gaels found the net in the contest, including Bocage, Hudson, Joslyn and Lloyd. Junior

Tyler Mancuso were responsible for the final Iona tallies. Hill had three saves while sophomore
Ian Redding had two saves in second half action.
The Gaels resume play next weekend at the Princeton Invitational, beginning with a rematch with Johns Hopkins Saturday at 11:30 am.
