VB Falls To New Hampshire In Rutgers Invite

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ - The Iona College volleyball team completed action at the Rutgers Invitational with a three set loss to New Hampshire. The Gaels (2-5) dropped the match 24-26, 15-25, and 15-25.

Sophomore Catrina Warren was named to the All-Tournament team following the match. She posted a .524 hitting percentage with 12 kills while adding six digs and two blocks. Sophomore Taylor Cembalisty and junior Madisyn Spence each had five kills in the loss.

Senior libero Theresa Harvey led Iona with seven digs while sophomore setter Caris Myles had 20 assists.

The Gaels return to action next weekend in the Arizona Invitational in Tucson, AZ.
