Presbyterian struck back in the bottom of the third inning, scoring three runs on three walked, one hit and one error.  The Gaels would put an end to any attempt of a comeback with an insurance run in the top of the fourth; freshman Rebecca Gabert hit a sacrifice fly to center that scored sophomore second basemen Hailey Thompson.

Sophomore Alana Evans earned credit for the win, going 4.2 innings, allowing just three runs on three hits and 10 walks.  Presbyterian left 14 runners on base, including two in scoring position in the final inning.
