GENERAL:
Versatile infielder can play all five positions including catcher... Will serve as Iona's primary second baseman for the second year in a row after seeing time at first base and behind the plate... Strong, athletic, power-hitting infielder with very quick hands... Had a solid sophomore year batting up and down the Gael lineup.... Born 3/4/1986... Majoring in Education.

AS A SOPHOMORE:
Started all 42 games at second base and finished the season with a .162 batting average in 111 at bats... Third on the team with 14 RBI adding three home runs and three doubles for the season... With 18 hits with 15 runs for the Gaels, recorded thre multi-hit contests and two multi-RBI games, including a four-RBI day vs Fairfield (4/15)... Held a .907 fielding percentage with 15 errors... One of 10 Iona players named to the MAAC All-Academic squad.

AS A FRESHMAN:
Appeared in 29 games and made 22 starts in 2005... Recorded 15 hits in 64 at bats including two doubles and a home run as a rookie... Had four multi-hit games and two multi-RBI efforts despite only five RBI... Went 2-for-3 with two runs scored, three RBI and her first collegiate home run in her Iona debut vs. Quinnipiac on 3/6... Drove in two runs at Columbia on 4/21... Started 15 games at first base, five at catcher, one in left field and one at designated player.

BEFORE IONA:
Comes to New Rochelle from Frederick High School in Maryland... Member of the 18-and-under Maryland Heartbreakers program in 2005 that placed 17th at 18U Pony Nationals and won the Binghamton Tournament of Champions Invitational.
