Iona University Athletics

Mandy Myers enters her sixth season with  the Gaels and on head coach Anthony Bozzella’s staff.

Myers was promoted to the first assistant and recruiting coordinator for Iona during the summer of 2006.  She will remain the offensive coordinator for the Gaels.

She adds a player’s perspective to the coaching mix, having played under coach Bozzella’s system for two seasons at LIU.  Myers was a two-sport athlete at LIU, playing four-years with the softball team along with her two-years on the basketball court with Bozzella where she played both the power forward and center positions.  Myers has practical experience through student-teaching in physical education at the elementary and high school levels. 

Myers graduated from LIU in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in physical education, and she recently earned her MBA from Iona.  She resides in Suffern, NY.
