Iona University Athletics

Melissa Boyd was named the head coach of the Iona College men's rowing program prior to the start of the 2019 season. She served as the interim head coach for the 2018-19 season.

Boyd has been a strong presence in the rowing community throughout New York. She has heavy experience with Rockland Rowing Association and Pelham Community Rowing Association. Boyd has been connected to the Gaels since 2014 when she began as a coach of the novice men.
