- Why did you choose Iona?: When I stepped into Iona's campus and met the people, staff, coaches, and community members I knew I was looking at my home for the next four years. It was also somewhere I could see myself being there even if I wasn't swimming which was a big part for me. I love being right next to New York City too. Go Gaels.

- Hobbies: Playing video games, going to movies, watching baseball and playing basketball
- Interesting facts: I started on my high school's football team my junior and senior year at middle linebacker. We went 10-1 my junior year. We won the Division 2 state championship (2nd largest division) going 14-0 my senior year.

- Pre-race rituals: I always crack my hands, neck and back before every swim
