- Won gold in the 10,000-meter race at the 2021 IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships
- Placed second in the 10,000-meter race at the 2021 MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships
- Placed ninth in the 8K at the 2021 MAAC Cross Country Championships
- Placed 16th in the five-mile race at the Spider Patriot Classic (Feb. 20)
- Placed 33rd in the 5,000-meter race at the Raleigh Relays
- Competed in the 2021 NCAA DI East Preliminaries, finishing 33rd in the 10,000-meter race
- MAAC Academic Honor Roll honoree
- 2019 South of England Champion
- 2018 National Cross Country Runner-Up
- Have represented England and Great Britain on international stage
- Why Did You Choose Iona?: I chose Iona College because I think it will give me a great balance between academic study and further developing myself as an athlete. I am also looking forward to studying in a different country and meeting American and international students.
