- Favorite sports memory? Winning 2nd in the team title at European cross country in my home town Dublin in 2021

- Hobbies outside of sports? Golf, playing football with friends, swimming
- Career goals? Run at the Olympics as a professional
- Person I would most like to meet and why? Lopez Lomong because of his amazing life story
- Interesting things/facts about you? Broke my wrist in a race at 15 and got back and finished 2nd
- After Iona I plan on? Hoping to be good enough at running to go professional but also have a degree from college
- Person/people I admire most and why? My parents because of how much they do for my family
- Biggest accomplishment in life so far? Winning All Ireland's in my last year of high school
- Pregame rituals? Some sort of chocolate the day before my race
