GENERAL:
Starting her fourth season at third base... Strong defensive infielder who made a successful transition from her natural shortstop position as a rookie... Has shown power at the plate and will continue to be a feared hitter in Iona's lineup in 2007... Gold Medalist in the 2007 New York State Empire Games...Tied for third with teammate Laura Stott on Iona's all-time home run list (10)... Born 3/18/1985... Majoring in Education.

AS A JUNIOR:
Started in 30 games this season averaging a .263 in 80 at bats...  Had four multi-hit efforts and held a season best four-game hitting streak... Produced a slugging percentage of .425 with four doubles, three triples and a home run in 2006... Starting 30 games as third baseman she led the team with six assists in one game with against Columbia (4/20)...  Recorded a fielding percentage of .892 with only nine errors.

AS A SOPHOMORE:
Appeared in all but two of Iona's 46 contests starting 42 at third base... Set career-highs in virtually every statistic batting .258 with five home runs and 16 RBI... Had 31 hits in 120 at bats finishing second on the team with 10 doubles and fourth with five home runs... Scored 22 runs and recorded a .467 slugging percentage... Had four multi-hit contests and five multi-RBI efforts...

AS A FRESHMAN:
Appeared in 44 games making 42 starts... Picked up 26 hits en route to a .222 batting average... Scored 14 runs while driving in 17 more... Tied for second on the squad in homeruns (4) and was tied for fourth in doubles (4)... Finished 2-for-3 with two runs and two RBI vs. Army including her first collegiate home run in her Iona debut on 3/7.

BEFORE IONA:
Comes to New Rochelle after  a solid career at Our Lady of Lourdes HS in Poughkeepsie, NY with All-Section and All-League honors at shortstop...Played summer ball with the Hudson Valley Express.
