Head softball coach Roni Rivera announced the addition of Jackie Klahold as assistant softball coach in Sept. 2010.
In her most recent coaching capacity, Klahold served as head softball coach at Crestwood High School in Mountain Top, PA beginning in 2007. There she was responsible for all aspects of the softball program, from coordinating off season and in season training programs, team budget management for team equipment, to hiring and supervising the rest of the school's softball staff. Klahold also served as the Director of Softball Operations at Wyoming Valley Sports Training where she implemented the Frozen Ropes training philosophies through organizing and running camps.
Klahold was a staff assistant at Wilkes University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. She also earned a bachelor's of arts at Florida Atlantic University, where she was a four year starter on the softball team. While there, the squad won four Atlantic Sun Conference titles and earned two berths to the NCAA Regionals. Klahold was a two-time All-Conference selection and a two-time All-Tournament team selection.
