GENERAL:
Will start in left field for the 2007 season... With an outstanding season last year, earned All-MAAC Second Team honors for the second year in a row... Will be counted on to be a run producer in the middle of the lineup... An excellent contact hitter with a short, compact swing that enables her to get on base a lot for the Gaels... Possesses a strong, accurate arm as well as good range in the outfield... Named a team captain for the 2006 & 2007 seasons and to the Preseason All-MAAC squad... Born 5/12/1985... Majoring in Accounting

AS A JUNIOR:
Earned All-MAAC accolades for the second year in a row., splitting time between first base and the outfield... She batted a career-best .320 with 40 hits in 125 at-bats and nine multiple-hit games. She also set career standards in runs scored (17), doubles (9), walks (10) and stolen bases (3)... One of seven position players to appear in and start all 42 games for the Gaels and made the MAAC All-Academic Team for 2006.

AS A SOPHOMORE:
Appeared in 39 games and made 37 starts... Batted .273 with 33 hits in 121 at bats... Drove in a career best 12 RBI... Tied for third on the team with six doubles... Earned Second Team All-MAAC honors in the outfield... Recorded seven multi-hit games and one multi-RBI contest...

AS A FRESHMAN:
Made 35 starts in a solid freshman campaign... Hit .292 for the season but raised her average to .311 in MAAC play... Finished third on the team in with six doubles... Scored 16 runs to go along with her 28 hits... Went 3-for-3 with two runs and an RBI vs. Bucknell on 3/20... Picked up three hits and an RBI vs. Marist 5/2.

BEFORE IONA:
Hails from Barto, PA and was a three-year varsity standout for Boyertown HS... Played both first base and in the outfield in HS... Batted .429 for the Pennsylvania Haze during the summer of 2002 in ASA ball.
