Jordan van Reeken, a native of Trinidad and Tobago, was a five-year starter, three-time All-American Honorable Mention honoree, and a three-time All-MAAC First Team Member. During her time at Iona University, van Reeken broke the school record for most exclusions drawn (289), shares the school record for most goals in a single game (nine). She ranks third all-time in goals scored (333), fifth in assists (102), and is tied for third in points (435). Â

As a student, van Reeken earned her bachelors degree in Speech and Language Pathology in 2021, and a masters degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2023. During this time, she was a five-time MAAC All-Academic team member and excelled greatly in the classroom.Â

After graduating, Jordan went on to pursue her career in Speech and Language Pathology by completing her clinical fellowship year at a high school in the South Bronx. She will continue to work as a Speech and Language Pathologist while also assisting the Iona men's and women's water polo programs.
