Craig Moore enters his second season as general manager of the Iona University men's basketball program in 2026-27, bringing a diverse background as a coach, executive, and former professional player with extensive experience in player development, roster construction, and strategic team management.

Since arriving at Iona, Moore has overseen key aspects of the program's basketball operations, including recruiting strategy, roster construction, talent evaluation, and program planning. His unique combination of coaching, front-office, and professional playing experience has helped position the Gaels for sustained success in the evolving landscape of college basketball.

Prior to joining Iona, Moore established himself as one of the leading figures in USA Basketball's 3x3 program. In 2024, he guided Team USA to a gold medal at the FIBA 3x3 AmeriCup and a first-place finish in the Men's U23 Nations League, earning a nomination for USA Basketball 3x3 Coach of the Year. He continues to serve on USA Basketball's Finance & Audit Committee, a position he has held since 2018, providing investment allocation recommendations to the organization's Board of Directors.

Moore also served as general manager of Princeton 3x3 from 2018-25, overseeing scouting, recruiting, contract negotiations, and all facets of team operations. Under his leadership, Princeton 3x3 became one of the premier organizations in international 3x3 basketball.
His coaching career began at Princeton University, where he spent the 2014-15 season as assistant coach and director of operations. Following his time at Princeton, Moore worked in financial services while continuing to compete professionally in 3x3 basketball with USA Basketball, eventually transitioning into full-time coaching and team management.

As a player, Moore enjoyed a standout collegiate career at Northwestern University from 2005-09. A two-time All-Big Ten selection, he led the conference in three-point field goals during both his junior and senior seasons and remains Northwestern's all-time leader in three-pointers made. Following graduation, he played professionally in Europe with De Friesland Aris in the Netherlands and Gaz Metan Medias in Romania.

Moore earned his degree in communication studies from Northwestern in 2009. A native of Doylestown, Pennsylvania, he attended The Lawrenceville School in New Jersey before building a career that has included success as a player, executive, and coach at the collegiate, professional, and international levels.
