Parker Weiss enters his third season at Iona University and first as video coordinator He spent his first two seasons on staff as a graduate manager.
At Iona, Weiss has been instrumental behind the scenes for the program over the past two seasons in his role as graduate manager. He supported all facets of day-to-day operations. with wide-ranging responsibilities including assisting with practice planning, travel logistics, team meals, scouting, game and practice film editing, game planning, equipment coordination, player scheduling, and overseeing team technology and analytics workflows.
Weiss joined the staff at his alma mater following four seasons as a student-athlete with the Gaels.
A recruited walk-on in Tim Cluess' program in 2019, Weiss earned a scholarship and served as team captain as a senior under Rick Pitino. He appeared in 64 games over the four seasons and made one start. Weiss tallied 39 career points, with 31 coming during his senior campaign.
Weiss earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Iona's LaPenta School of Business in following the winter 2022-23 trimester and studied for an advanced certificate in the graduate program last spring.
