Pat Wallace returns for his third season as assistant coach at Iona University in 2025-26.
During his tenure at Iona, Wallace was instrumental in the recruitment and development of All-MAAC performers Idan Tretout and Dejour Reaves.
Wallace came to New Rochelle from Loyola University Chicago. He spent four seasons with the Ramblers, the first two as a video coordinator for Porter Moser and the last two as an assistant coach for Drew Valentine.

During his first three seasons at Loyola, he helped the program to two NCAA Tournament appearances, two Missouri Valley Conference Championship crowns and three seasons of 20 or more wins. In his final season he was instrumental in the Ramblers transition from the MVC to the Atlantic 10.

In 2021-22, his first as Division I assistant coach, Wallace was heavily involved with the team's offense that ranked as one of the top field goal and three-point shooting teams in the country. Loyola set a single-season program record for long distance makes and reached the NCAA Tournament once again, marking the first time in nearly 60 seasons that the Ramblers went dancing in back-to-back campaigns. Loyola posted 25 wins and captured a second straight MVC Championship title.
Prior to Loyola, Wallace spent two seasons from 2017-19 Â as a graduate manager on Chris Collins' staff at Northwestern University. As a graduate manager at Northwestern, he was responsible for game and scouting preparation, oversaw undergraduate managers and assisted in player development.

Wallace played collegiately at North Carolina State (2013-15) and Charleston Southern (2015-17). He was a member of two NCAA tournament teams and a Sweet 16 appearance with a victory over No. 1 overall seed Villanova in 2015. He finished his career at Charleston Southern ranked 15th in program history with 117 three-point field goals, despite playing just two seasons. Wallace was a two-time Big South All-Academic and NABC Honors Court member in both of his seasons in Charleston.

A Charlotte, North Carolina native, Wallace played prep basketball at Brewster Academy in New Hampshire. He earned his undergraduate degree from Charleston Southern in 2017 and his master's degree in sports administration from Northwestern in 2019.
