Morgan Rachu scored a team-high 14 points, the seventh straight game she has led the unit in scoring.

GAME SUMMARY
Bucknell opened up an early 12-2 in the first five minutes of the game, behind seven points from Kaitlyn Slagus. Freshman
Juana Camilion hit a layup a few minutes later to cut into the lead, but Slagus answered with a three from the top of the key. She finished the first quarter with 12 of Bucknell's 20 points.
The Bison scored the first seven points of the second quarter, forcing Iona head coach
Billi Chambers to call a timeout. Camilion knocked down a three-pointer from the corner to end the Bucknell run. The two sides continued to trade baskets down the stretch and the Bison went into the locker room ahead 44-22.
Freshman
Shyan Mwai connected on a trey to open the scoring in the third quarter. A layup from junior transfer
Jodi-Marie Ramil was answered by a 9-0 run from the Bison, putting them ahead 58-27 with just under four minutes to play in the period.
The Bison entered the final frame leading 73-34 and proceeded to close this one out, holding Iona to single-digit points in the fourth quarter.

NOTABLE NUGGETS
- Redshirt sophomore Shayla Middlebrooks recorded a new career-high, scoring five points on 2-5 shooting from the field (1-2 from three).
- Rachu had a team-high 14 points, once again expanding her streak of double-digits to seven games.
- Iona outscored Bucknell on second chance opportunities (6-4), despite being outrebounded 41-36.
- The Maroon & Gold did not shoot a single free throw in the first half. They shot four in the second half, compared to a total of 18 attempted by the Bison in the game.
- The Gaels shot over 30% from the field in both of the first two quarters, however, Bucknell shot over 40% from the field in the first and second periods.

The Gaels stay on the road and in the state of Pennsylvania when they head to play Temple on Thursday, Dec. 6. Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m.
