Handed out nine assists against Stony Brook on 11/28... Netted ten points on four-of-eight from the floor at Elon on 12/3... AS A SOPHOMORE (2004-05):
Appeared in and started 25 games for the Gaels, missing three in the middle of the season due to injury... Served as the team's lone captain and finished fifth in scoring (7.3 ppg)... Became just the second player in Iona history to record back-to-back 100+ assist seasons...Led the team and finished sixth in the MAAC with a 4.4 assist per game average... Finished second in the conference with a 2.16 assist-to-turnover ratio and was one of three players (Kresge-MAR, Cunningham- NIA) to have a ratio higher than 2:1... Led the team and ranked fifth in the MAAC with 46 steals (1.84/g)... Had nine games with 10 or more points and four games with seven or more assists... Led the team with 14 points and six assists vs. Army (11/21)... Had a season-best 17 points with a 4-of-5 shooting effort from behind the arc in win at Siena (12/5)... Scored nine points and doled out seven assists in win at Wagner (12/ 30)... Recorded 15 points and five assists vs. Saint Peter's (1/25)... Scored seven points and dished out eight assists in win over Manhattan (2/6)... Had back-to-back double-digit scoring efforts vs. Niagara (2/11) and Canisius (2/13)... Had a career-high 11 assists while committing just two turnovers in win vs. Fairfield (2/23).
AS A FRESHMAN (2003-04):
Earned HSBC MAAC Co-Rookie of the Year as well as being named to the MAAC All-Rookie Team... Appeared in 27 of 28 games as a freshman missing just the last regular season game vs. Marist... Started 24 games for Iona, assuming the reigns of the Gaels top point guard after Sheena Howard went down with an injury in the fourth game... Team's third leading scorer with 8.1 points per game... Finished regular season with 103 assists becoming just the third Iona rookie to reach the century mark... Finished sixth in the MAAC with 3.8 per game... Nearly finished with a 2:1 assist-to-turnover ratio (103 A, 52 TO), the fourth best effort in the MAAC and tops amongst rookies... First Iona point guard to finish with a positive ratio since the 1999-2000 season... Holds the distinction of being one of 12 players in the history of NCAA Division I women's basketball to go 7-of-7 or better from behind the three point line... Had 10 games with 10 or more points...Led the team in points once, rebounds once and assists 14 times over the course of the year... Scored 14 points on 6-of-8 shooting vs. Fairfield (2/22)... Scored five points and dished out eight assists in win at Rider (2/20)... Had her first career double-double with 13 points and 10 assists vs. Fairfield (2/27)... Earned MAAC Rookie of the Week Honors (2/9)... Also became just the second freshman in Iona history to record 10 or more assists... Set a career-high with 25-points in NCAA record 7-for-7 performance from downtown at Siena (2/4)... Also broke school record for three's in a game that now shares with classmate Meg Abele... Started at point guard her senior year for an 18-3 Sachem High School squad averaging 13 points and six assists per game...Served as team captain her senior season...Received All-League and All-County honors...Played her junior year for Bob Mackey's nationally ranked Christ the King High School in New York City and helped them win their 13th straight CHSAA Class A state championship...Started for Sachem's NYS regional champion varsity squad in eighth grade as well as when she was a freshman and sophomore...Averaged 10 points and six assists...Played varsity basketball since the eighth grade...Played AAU Basketball for Jill Cook's national power Liberty Belles.
