GENERAL:
Third-year southpaw that will compete for time as a weekend starter for the Gaels when the conference season begins... Missed virtually all of 2007 after a solid rookie campaign with the Gaels primarily in relief... Will only get better with experience... Played for the Long Island Titans in the summer of 2005.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2008):
Appeared in five games, with two starts...Allowed two earned runs in an inning and a third of relief at New York Tech (Mar. 26)...Allowed just two hits, and struck out a batter in two innings of relief vs. Sacred Heart (Apr. 2)...Allowed one earned run and struck out three in three innings in start at Fairleigh Dickinson (Apr. 9).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2007):
Appeared in one game tossing two no-hit innings allowing just two base runners via the walk at Navy on Feb. 17... before a season-ending injury sidelined him... Applied for a medical hardship waiver to earn the season back

AS A FRESHMAN (2006):
Appeared in 19 games with four starts on the mound... Was 2-3 with a 6.53 ERA in 41.1 innings with 23 strikeouts... His appearances and ERA both ranked No. 2 on the team... Allowed two hits and struck out a season-high five batters in his first collegiate win at Fairleigh Dickinson on Mar. 22... Picked up a win in relief at Fordham, allowing two hits and a run in four innings with four strikeouts on Apr. 25... Batted .455 with five hits (three doubles) in 11 at bats in six appearances asa hitter... Went 3-for-4 with two doubles at Monmouth in relief action at first base... Collected a hit in his only start (designated hitter) vs. Rutgers on Apr. 19.

BEFORE IONA:
Three year varsity player at Massapequa High School... Earned All County Honors as a Junior and Senior... Went 7-0 as a picthcer senior year with a sub one era.
