GENERAL:
Walk-on senior that will see action on the mound ... Also possesses the ability to be an effective catcher sould the need arise... Dual sport athlete served as Iona's kick-off specialist on the football team this past fall.

AS A JUNIOR (2009):
Appeared in 12 games, starting three...Pitched an inning of relief at Navy (Mar. 6)...In six innings of relief, allowed five hits and two earned runs at Rutgers (Apr. 15)...Pitch 4.2 innings, allowing four hits and three unearned runs at Fordham (Apr. 21)...In 5.2 innings of relief, allowed three hits and two unearned runs vs. Manhattan (May. 15).

AS A FRESHMAN (2007):
Appeared in 12 games as a rookie including five as a catcher and seven as a pitcher... Came into the season as the team's backup backstop but was asked to take the mound midseason due to injuries on the Gaels' pitching staff... Hitless in five at bats at the plate... Held a 1-1 record in seven appearances and three starts and 21.2 innings pitched... Earned his first collegiate win in a 4-3 victory over Wagner on Apr. 25. Tossed seven innings, scattering eight hits and allowing one earned run in the outing... Pitched effectively in a no-decision at Stony Brook in a game that Iona won 7-5.
