Second year player from Long Island, New York... Graduated from St. John the Baptist DHS... Born on Apr. 20, 1990... Plans to major in Business.

AS A FRESHMAN (2009):
Picked up first collegiate hit at William & Mary (Feb. 22)...Had two hits, two RBI, a stolen base and a run scored at Richmond (Feb. 28)...Had a hit and two runs scored vs. Northeastern (Mar. 13)...Had two hits and scored a run at Seton Hall (Mar. 15)...Had two hits and scored two runs at Marist (Mar. 22)...Had two hits and two RBI vs. Sacred Heart (Apr. 1)...Had a hit, an RBI and scored two runs at Maine (Apr. 4)...Had two hits and an RBI at Army (Apr. 7)...Had two hits and scored a run at Niagara (Apr. 18)...Had two hits at Fordham (Apr. 21)...Had three hits vs. Saint Peter's (Apr. 26)...Had a hit, drove in three runs and scored a run at Fairfield (May 2).

BEFORE IONA:
Four year varsity letter winner at St. John the Baptist DHS while playing under former Major Leaguer John Habyan... At St. Johns received three all league nominations... Was selected by Newsday as a rising star and a player to watch since freshmen year... Was a two year captain of his Varsity team... Both Junior and Senior year he helped lead his team to the N.S.C.H.S.A.A State Championship game... As a senior, he helped lead his team and guide a Freshman pitching staff to a N.S.C.H.S.A.A. League Championship... As a result of a great season was voted M.V.P... Received All - Long Island honors and was selected to play in the Long Island Exceptional Seniors Game... In 2006 and 2007 he played for Long Island in the Empire State Games as the teams starting catcher and outfielder... There he received two Gold Medals and went down in history as the only person from Long Island ever to win two Gold medals in the sport of baseball.
