AS A SENIOR (2021):
  • MAAC All-Academic Team selection
  • Recognized at Iona Honors Convocation as part of Sigma Nu Tau (Entrepreneurship)
  • Earned Iona Athletics Merit Award for maintaining 3.5 or better cumulative GPA
  • Appeared in four matches, making three starts
  • Scored first goal of collegiate career, the game winner vs. NJIT (Sept. 6)
AS A JUNIOR (2021):
  • MAAC All-Academic Team selection
  • Appeared in six matches, making first start of career at UMBC (Sept. 5)
AS A SOPHOMORE (2020-21):
  • MAAC All-Academic Team selection
  • Appeared in three matches
  • Lone shot of the season, which was on goal, came at Manhattan (Mar. 25)
AS A FRESHMAN (2019):
  • MAAC Academic Honor Roll honoree
  • Did not appear in any matches
BEFORE IONA:
  • Has been a part of the Metropolitan Oval Academy, a U.S. Soccer Development Academy member, since he was nine years old
  • Played for Met Oval affiliates SABA, Central Brooklyn Soccer Club and the Met Oval Academy
  • Played in Dubai Super Cup and the Manchester Super Cup in England

  • Why did you choose Iona?: It’s a school that has lots of majors I can chose from to focus on for the next 4 years. Coach Hamilton’s soccer programs playing style works well with my playing style very well. It’s close to home
  • Favorite Athlete: Alex Oxlade Chamberlian
  • Favorite Food: Pasta
  • Pregame rituals: I always put my left sock shin guard and cleat on first
  • Career goals: I would love to become a professional athlete or just continue playing soccer at a high level for as long as I can
  • Person I would like to meet: I would like to meet Antoine Griezman because I think his story on how he made it to the top in soccer is very interesting
  • Person I admire most: I admire my Dad a lot because he was able to make a lot out of little from his upbringing. He grew up in a crowded house in Trinidad and Tobago. He also dropped out of school in sixth grade and was still able to provide for him and his family
