- Renewing season ticket accounts will automatically secure seats in the same section as their 2024-25 location. The opportunity to upgrade, relocate or add additional season tickets will be based on availability.

- New season ticket holders will have the opportunity to select their seat locations in the coming weeks. Full ticket balances will be due upon seat selection.
|
- Please note, requested sections do not guarantee seating in that section. If a section is unavailable, the Iona Ticket Office will work with the season ticket holder to secure a different seat location.

- Iona Seat Premium payments (required for chairback seating) must be made prior to ticket distribution. Information on seat premiums can be found in the FAQs below.

Can I make my Iona Seat Premium payment online?
Yes, a portal to complete ISP transactions will be distributed along with ticket information.

What is an Iona Seat Premium and what does it support?
The Iona Seat Premium is a required amount of support to Iona University Athletics giving access to purchase basketball season tickets in certain sections of the Hynes Center. Seating in sections 4, 5, and 6 (all chairback sections) carry a priority seating premium. All funds generated through priority seating premiums go directly to support Iona teams.
2025-26 ISP Amounts (per account):
- 1-3 Chairback Seats - $1,500
- 4+ Chairback Seats - $2,500
Is the Iona Seat Premium tax deductible?
Per current tax law, contributions that give access to certain ticket levels are not tax deductible. For qualifying contributions to Iona Athletics greater than the amount of the Iona Seat Premium, the difference will be tax deductible. For example, if one gives $25,000 to support Iona’s teams and a $2,500 premium is required for their ticket purchase, $22,500 will be deductible.

How will I receive my tickets?
All tickets will be sent digitally using your IonaTickets.com account.
How do I purchase away/neutral site game tickets?
To purchase neutral site game tickets, contact the Iona ticket office. Inventory is limited and will be subject to change given the game.
