GENERAL:
Fourth-year righty looking to rebound from a season-ending injury in 2007... Smart and feisty performer who's arm strength coming back... Will look to compete for a job in the starting rotation... Has good stuff on the mound... Needs to stay healthy... Born 9/21/85... Majoring in Political Science.

AS A JUNIOR (2008):
Appeared in six contests, starting two games for the Gaels posting an 0-3 record...Pitched three innings of relief, allowing three earned runs and striking out one at Duke (Feb. 24)..Pitched four and a third innings, allowing four earned runs in start at Hofstra (Mar. 20)...Allowed one earned run, striking out one batter in three innings at Canisius (Mar. 30).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2006):
Appeared in 13 games and made 10 starts in his second year in Maroon & Gold... Struck out 18 batters in 44.2 innings of work... Charged with a hard-luck, team-high 21 unearned runs... Struck out a season-high three batters on two occasions, vs. Niagara on Mar. 25 and at Fordham on Apr. 25... Was the starter in the thrilling 8-6 win over his head coach's - Pat Carey - alma mater.

AS A FRESHMAN (2005):
Appeared in nine games, making five starts, two against MAAC foes... Posted a 1-3 record with a 7.85 ERA with 11 strikeouts in 28.2 innings pitched... Struck out three in five innings in his first collegiate start at Seton Hall on Mar. 30... Scattered four hits and allowed three unearned runs vs. St. John's on Apr. 13... Earned his first collegiate win at Le Moyne on Apr. 24

BEFORE IONA:
Three-year varsity letterwinner at Arlington HS in Dutchess County... All-League, All-County and All-Section in HS... Named to Baseball Digest's preseason All-American honorable mention as a senior... Pitched at the Empire State Games in 2003 for the Hudson Valley squad... Member of the 2004 Connie Mack World Series third place South Troy Dodgers.
