GENERAL:
Veteran right hander will serve as a weekend starter for the Gaels in his final season in Maroon & Gold... Served as a starter in 2006 after coming out of the bullpen during his freshman and sophomore campaigns... Has good command of the strike zone... Has gotten better every year and looks for a breakout senior campaign... Born 6/9/85.

AS A JUNIOR:
Went 3-4 with a team leading 5.64 ERA in 16 appearances and a team-leading 59.0 innings pitched... His three victories also matched an Iona season-high... Was fourth on the staff with 30 strikeouts... Made seven starts, all decisions and all against MAAC opponents... All but one came in the series opener... Earned his lone save of the season with two strikeouts and a perfect inning vs. Columbia on Mar. 13.. Allowed just four hits and an unearned run in seven innings of work in his first start of the season vs. Canisius on Apr. 8... Scattered six hits and allowed one earned run with a season-high seven strikeouts in a tough 2-0 loss at Manhattan on Apr. 24... Earned a win at Saint Peter's in 8.0 innings of work allowing three runs with four K's on May 6... Earned his third win of the year, scattering nine hits an allowing just one run with five strikeouts in 8.1 innings vs. Fairfield on May 13.

AS A SOPHOMORE:
Appeared in 15 games making five starts with a 2-4 record and 6.23 ERA... Tossed 52.0 innings with 36 strikeouts with a complete game and save under his belt... Was second on the team in opponents batting average with a .286 BA allowed... Earned his first collegiate win on Mar. 26 with a complete game at Rider... Struck out a season-high six batters in 4.1 innings of relief vs. Canisius on Apr. 4... Matched the strikeout total at Niagara on Apr. 10... Struck out five in 3.2 innings of relief vs. Siena on May 1... Earned a second win in relief vs. Saint Peter's on May 14.

AS A FRESHMAN:
Made nine appearances and five starts on the mound... Threw 28.0 innings striking out 17... Winless in his only decision vs. No. 29 Rutgers on Apr. 20.

BEFORE IONA:
Standout varsity player at nearby Iona Prep... Was a perfect 7-0 with seven complete games including a postseason no-hitter on the mound for the Gaels as a senior... Pitched in the school's first CSHAA Division A Championship in 2003... Named All-Westchester/Bronx by New York Newsday... Teammate of current Gaels Dan Potocki and James LaSala on Iona Prep's nationally ranked (#14 by Baseball America) squad as a junior in 2002.
