GENERAL:
Returns for his third season in Maroon & Gold and will continue to be the Gaels primary center fielder... Good athlete who has plus speed and arm... Will be counted on as a run scorer for the Gaels and will look to compete in the lineup as a center fielder... Born 3/14/86

AS A JUNIOR (2007):
Played a total of 49 games while starting 44, all at center field... Collected 31 hits (sixth on the team), two doubles, two triples, 20 runs scored (T-2nd on the team), eight RBI, and 12 walks... Stole 17 bases in 20 attempts, a team-best... Had six multi-hit efforts, three multi-stolen base efforts and one game with two RBI... Had two hits vs. UMES on Feb. 24... Drove in two runs at William & Mary on Mar. 14... Went 2-for-3 in back-to-back games at Central Connecticut and Rider on May 2 and May 5... Had a season-high three hits and scored an Iona season-high five runs vs. Saint Peter’s on May 13.  Also collected an RBI, a double and a stolen base in the game.

AS A SOPHOMORE:
First-year transfer was one of two players to appear in all 54 games making 52 starts, including 51 in center field and 33 in the lead off position... Was sixth on the team with 40 hits, while leading the team with 35 runs scored, 13 stolen bases and five sac bunts... Finished second on the squad with 189 at bats and 18 walks... Collected four doubles and eight RBI on the season... Had 11 multi-hit efforts including two with three hits... Drove in two runs on two different occasions... Hit safely in four straight games from Apr. 24-27... Had three straight two hit efforts vs. Maine, FDU and Niagara from Mar. 16-25... Went 3-for-4 and stole an Iona season-high two bases at Norfolk State on Feb. 25... Also had three hits at Canisius on Apr. 8... Had a .955 fielding percentage with 119 chances in centerfield.

BEFORE IONA:
Earned All League, All Section, and All County Honors as a senior... Set records for stolen bases in a season (42) and career (62)... Comes to the Gaels after playing his freshman year at Rockland Community College... Played middle infield and outfield for the Metro Cadets in the Summer of 2005.
