Tiffani Troilo returns for the 2016-17 academic year in an elevated new role. In her new role, Troilo provides intensive academic support to student-athletes. Her duties include assessing and evaluating the academic needs for student-athletes, as well as implementing and coordinating individualized academic support plans.
She was promoted to Coordinator of Recreation and Intramurals after joining the department as Recreation and Intramurals intern in August 2013.
Troilo’s responsibilities included implementing and coordinating of intramural programs for students as well as overseeing daily operations for the Hynes Athletics Center. Additionally, she supervised over 100 student-workers for the building, assisted in arranging transportation for the Gaels’ 21 Division I athletic programs, ensured the safety of all students and members that use the recreational facility at the Hynes Center, coordinated will call operations for men’s and women’s basketball games and managed all current and potential members of the Hynes Center.
Troilo graduated from the SUNY Institute of Technology in August 2013, where she was a member of the softball team as a pitcher and outfielder. Troilo served as team captain during her senior year. Off the field, she assisted the athletic department in coordinating several sporting events and fundraisers.
In her professional experience, Troilo has spent time as an office assistant for Children’s Medical Group and billing representative for Advanced Billing Services.
Troilo is a Westchester native and resident of Rye Brook, NY where she attended Blind Brook High School.
