Tiffani Troilo

Tiffani Troilo enters her third year as Assistant AD of Academics for Iona Athletics in 2018-19, her sixth year overall as part of the department.

In her current capacity, Tiffani certifies all student-athletes for NCAA eligibility by conducting degree audits and monitoring progress-towards-degree. She develops and implements academic support plans for at-risk student-athletes while also monitoring academic probation conditions. She serves as an academic advisor within the department and assists student-athletes in course selection. Troilo is also the department liaison with all college academic officials and faculty members.

Additionally, Tiffani was recently named sport supervisor for the men’s and women’s rowing teams. She also oversees the Student Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC) for Iona, acting as the supervisor for the student-athlete run committee. She acts as game administrator for all home softball games as well.

In August of 2013, Troilo started at Iona as the Recreation & Intramurals Assistant before being promoted to Coordinator of Campus Recreation in January of 2015. While part of Campus Recreation, she assisted with game day operations in addition to being responsible for daily operations of the athletics facility.

A 2013 graduate of SUNY Polytechnic Institute, Tiffani earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration. She was a five-time President’s List Award Recipient in addition to playing four years on the Wildcats softball team, acting as team captain for two years.

A Westchester native, Troilo earned an MBA and advanced certificate in sports and entertainment studies from the Iona College School of Business in 2018.
