STONY BROOK, NY - The Iona College baseball team dropped a 10-3 decision to Stony Brook in non-conference action at Stony Brook Field. Leading 2-1 after three and a half innings, the Gaels surrendered nine runs in the fourth and sixth innings in the defeat.

John Nargoski - fresh off his first collegiate save on Saturday - pitched the first three innings allowing a run on three hits with a walk and a strikeout while getting some midweek work.
The Gaels are back in action tomorrow at Hartford, completing a 10-game road trip before returning home to face Niagara in a three-game series this weekend at Salesian Field.
