Iona Volleyball Selected Sixth in 2022 MAAC Preseason Coaches' Poll

EDISON, NJ - The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference announced the 2022 Volleyball Preseason Coaches' Polls and Preseason All-MAAC Teams on Friday morning. The Iona University volleyball team was selected to finish sixth, as voted on by the league's 10 coaches.

For the second straight season the defending MAAC Champions, Fairfield, sit atop of the polls, receiving nine first place votes. The Rider Broncs earned the second spot with Quinnipiac sitting behind them in third, receiving one first place vote. Marist and Canisius are slotted fourth and fifth, respectively, with Iona at six. Rounding out the polls are Siena, Niagara, Manhattan, and Saint Peter's.
