STUDENT-ATHLETE OF THE WEEK -Isaiah Williams- Men's Basketball 

Senior Isaiah Williams was the highlight performer for the Iona College men's basketball team this past week. 

In a home match-up against Saint Peter's on Friday Jan. 22, Williams put up 19 points and eight rebounds to help the Gaels to 64 to 58 win. 

On Sunday Jan. 24, Williams continued his hot scoring, putting up 22 points and grabbing another eight boards. The Gaels fell to Fairfield 98 to 91.  

The Maroon & Gold stand 7-3 in conference play, and host rival Manhattan this Friday at 7:00pm on ESPNU.
