WILMINGTON, DE— The Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association (CRCA) announced its 2025 CRCA Scholar-Athlete Award on Tuesday afternoon. The Iona University women's rowing team was represented with five Scholar-Athlete Award honorees.

Lorelei Teddy were recognized for their dedication in the classroom. The CRCA Scholar-Athlete Award recognizes collegiate rowers who demonstrate a strong commitment to success in the classroom and on the water.
To be eligible rowers must be at least a sophomore and hold a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher and competed in at least 75% of its team's spring races. The CRCA announced that 990 student-athletes were honored as scholar-athletes this season with a cumulative GPA above 3.75 with 55 student-athletes achieving a perfect 4.0.
