Norton Earns MAAC Offensive Player of the Week Honors

EDISON, NJ - Calen Norton was named MAAC Offensive Player of the Week following a standout three-game stretch for the Gaels. Norton totaled nine goals, four ground balls, and five caused turnovers, leading Iona's attack across the span.

She opened the week with a six-goal performance against Austin Peay, adding two ground balls and two caused turnovers. Norton followed with two goals, two ground balls, and two caused turnovers against Winthrop, before closing the stretch with a goal and a caused turnover against Sacred Heart.

Iona continues MAAC play on the road at Niagara on Wednesday, March 25. Opening draw is set for 12:00 p.m.
