BERLIN, MD - Iona men's golf captured the team title at the Battle at Rum Pointe, hosting the event at Rum Pointe Golf Club in Berlin, Maryland. The Gaels posted a two-over par total across two rounds to secure a three-stroke victory.

Iona relied on depth and consistency throughout the lineup, placing six golfers inside the top 15 to separate from the field.

Sean Richards led the Gaels individually, finishing in a tie for second place at one-under par to anchor the winning effort.

Fairfield's Rasums Ditzinger earned medalist honors with a nine-under par performance to top the field.
