DUBLIN, IRELAND - Iona College women's cross country freshman Marion Joly-Testault finished 36th overall at the 2009 Spar European Cross Country Championship Junior race at Santry Demesne in Dublin on Sunday.  Joly-Testault was the fourth finisher for her native France helping them finish fourth overall.

Joly-Testault finished the just over 4k course in 15:14, just behind Italy's Veronica Inglese.   She was two seconds behind the 33rd finisher from the Ukraine.

France finished fourth behind Russia, Great Britain, and Germany.

Joly-Testault completed a successful first season in Maroon & Gold finishing second overall at the 2009 MAAC Championship and earning All-Region honors with a 16th place finish at the Northeast Regional Championship.
