KANSAS CITY, MO - Iona College men's soccer forward
Killian Colombie was named to the 2018 United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division I Men's All-East Regional Second Team. The Paris, France native led the way offensively for the Gaels in 2018, registering team-highs in goals (7), points (17), shots (48) and shots on goal (19). Colombie was among 11 players from the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference who were honored on one of the three regional teams. The forward was honored at the end of the regular season as a member of the All-MAAC First Team for the first time in his career.
Currently, Colombie is training in Scotland with the Edinburgh Hearts as a part of the Heart of Midlothian FC reserves. He has also been invited to train with two Major League Soccer programs, the New York Red Bulls and the San Jose Earthquakes, before the draft on January 11, 2019.
The striker finished his Iona career ranked tied for ninth all-time in shots attempted (119) and shots on goal (48). He ended his career with 15 goals, six assists and three game-winning goals.
