CJ Anthony has been named Air Force Reserve MAAC Player of the Week, earning the honor for the second time in the first three weeks of the season after guiding the Gaels to a 2-1 showing at home and at the 2025 Paradise Jam.

Anthony delivered a highly efficient and impactful three-game stretch, averaging 15.0 points, 6.3 assists, and 4.0 rebounds while shooting 81.8 percent from the free throw line and maintaining a 1.5 assist-to-turnover ratio. He opened the week with a strong performance against Princeton, posting 10 points, a career-best nine assists, four rebounds, and a steal in a victory at the Hynes Center. He followed with another steady outing at the Paradise Jam against Akron, recording 13 points, six assists, and three rebounds while shooting 5-for-10 from the field.

Anthony saved his best for Saturday night's double overtime win over Oregon State. He scored 22 points, including 16 after halftime and in the extra periods, and went 10-for-11 from the free throw line, making all nine attempts over the final 30 minutes. He added five rebounds, four assists, a steal, and a block, controlling the game on both ends and helping the Gaels secure the tournament victory.
