NEW ROCHELLE, NY – The Iona University women's rowing team completed a race with Fordham on Tuesday afternoon. The Gaels raced three boats: Varisty 8, 2 Varisty 8, and Varisty 4.

The Maroon & Gold came right behind Fordham finishing with a time of 7:14.58. Iona's V8 boat featured senior coxswain

Iona's 2V 8 boat finished in the middle of the two Fordham boats. A final time of 7:43.87. Senior

Iona's varisty four finished at the back of the pack with a time of 9:11.66 . They fell just two seconds behind Manhattan's boat.
