EDISON, NJ - Jennings Oelke has been named the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Men's Golf Rookie of the Week, as announced by the conference office.

Oelke earned the honor following an impressive performance at the Savannah Intercollegiate, where he finished tied for seventh overall with a 54-hole total of 5-over par. His top-10 finish led the way for the Gaels and marked one of the strongest individual showings of the event.

He opened the tournament with a 2-under-par 70 — the Gaels' lowest round of the competition — setting the tone with a poised and confident performance. Oelke's consistency across all three rounds kept him in contention and highlighted his ability to compete among the field's top players.

The weekly award is the first of Oelke's collegiate career and underscores his immediate impact in the lineup this season.
