NEW YORK, NY - The Iona University women's indoor track team competed at the 2024 Dr. Sander Invitational Columbia Challenge at the Armory Track and Field Center. Sophomore
Holly Smith was the Gaels' top performer at the meet.
WOMEN'S MILE RUN
Smith finished fifth overall in the mile run, posting a personal best time of 4:53.76. Rookie
Lily Overton earned the 13th fastest time with a 4:59.87.
WOMEN'S 5000-METER RUN
Rookie
Claragh Keane finished 12th overall in the 5,000-meter event in 17:24.67.
WOMEN'S 3,000-METER RUN
Junior
Madison Klein was 23rd in the 3,000-meter event, posting a 10:07.36
