STORRS, CT - The Iona University men's track and field team took part in the UConn Northeast Challenge on Friday. The Maroon & Gold performed both on the track and in the field, with
Jiles Addison setting a personal best in the triple jump while
Keith Holloway set a personal best mark in the 110-meter hurdles.
MEN'S 110-METER Hurdles
Keith Holloway moved up to third all-time in the Iona record books with a 15.04 seconds effort in the 110-meter hurdles. The Time stands as a personal best and was good enough for eighth place in the 12-competitor field.
MEN'S Triple Jump
Jiles Addison set a personal best distance of 14.61 meters in the triple jump. The mark sits as the best performance in the MAAC this season.
MEN'S 100-meter Dash
Cameron Washington set a personal-best mark of 11.13 in the men's 100-meter dash, finishing 24th.
Edmund Lok also set a personal-best mark, crossing the line in 11.28 seconds and finishing 28th overall.
