NEW ROCHELLE, NY – The Iona University men's outdoor track & field team had 13 athletes selected for the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference All-Academic Team Friday.
The honorees from the Gaels were eligible for the selection as a result of holding a minimum of a 3.2 GPA through at least two semesters.
There were 173 athletes selected for the All-Academic Team by the MAAC. Iona had the sixth-most selections in the conference.
The 2025 MAAC Outdoor Men's Track & Field Championships will start tomorrow in a two-day meet at the Michael P. Brady Track & Field Complex in Lawrenceville, NJ, hosted by Rider University.
