MAAC Announces 2026 Women's Golf All-Academic

EDISON, NJ - A total of 39 student-athletes were named to the 2026 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Women's Golf All-Academic Team, as announced by the league office today. Among those honored, three Iona University student-athletes earned recognition for their achievements in the classroom and on the course.

Representing the Gaels on this year's All-Academic Team are seniors Sabryna Custodio, Cassandra Pinho and Sophomore Mia Iaciofano.

To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

Gaels compete in the 2026 MAAC Championships starting tomorrow April 21-23, the three day 54-hole event will be hosted at the Disney's Magnolia Golf Course in Lake Buena Vista, FL.
