BOSTON, MA - Graduates Ashling Baker and Anna Holm-Joergensen were the lone representatives for the Iona College women's track team at the 2010 IC4A Championships at Boston University.

Joergensen finished second in her heat and 12th overall in the event with her time of 16:58.20 in the 5000-meter run. She was four hundredths of a second behind the 11th place performer. Baker finished 13th in the 3000-meter run with her time of 9:50.00.

Joergensen and Baker's teammate, sophomore Heidi Gregson, will represent the Gaels at the 2010 NCAA Championships in the mile run event. The preliminary heats for the event will take place on Friday (Mar. 12) at the University of Arkansas in Fayetville, AR.
