Kaitlin Kelley '04 is one of Iona College water polo's most prolific offense players in program history. At the conclusion of her Maroon & Gold career, Kelley ranked first in goals (192), steals (304) and ejections drawn (195) and third all-time in points with 235.
 
Kelley also made her mark on the single-season and single-game record book. In 2002, she set the program standard for goals scored (67) while posting the third-best point total in school history (76). Against Wagner that season, she set an Iona record with six ejections drawn, while also scoring six times, the second-highest single-game total at Iona. At the time of her induction, Kelly remains top 10 all-time in goals, assists, steals, ejections drawn and points.
 
A 2003 team most valuable player and 2004 team captain, Kelley was part of Iona's first ever Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference women's water polo championship in 2004. She was named the All-MAAC First Team and the Offensive Player of the Year in 2003 and 2004. Kelley was the first student-athlete to earn multiple MAAC Offensive Player of the Year honors.
 
Kelley also competed for three seasons with the swim program. She participated in 84 dual-meet races including 13 races in MAAC Championship competition in the backstroke, breaststroke and individual medley events.
