Thomas “Tommy” Dolan was one of Iona's most decorated swimmers.
He held school records in the 200-free, 500-Free, 1000-Free and 1650 Free for over a decade.
He was a 9-time Metropolitan Collegiate Swim Conference Champion in those events and members of Iona's 1987, 88, and 89 Met championship teams.
His best times of 1:43.53; 4:39.82; 9:56.19; 16:26.46 respectively in the 200, 500, 1000 and 1650 Free all rank in Iona's Top-10 today.
He was a two time Most Improved and two time Most valuable selection by his teammates.
Scored 121 career goals with the men's water polo program. Added 103 assists for 224 points in addition to 97 steals and 86 kickouts drawn.
